Technology
Leela Enterprises currently focusses on Injection moulding and blow moulding technologies. We are also running experiments in 3-D printing technologies and aim to soon initiate manufacturing in this segment as well.
Injection Moulding
Blow Moulding
Injection moulding is one of the most commonly used production processes for plastics. This is rightly so as it offers a viable solution for the mass production of high-quality injection automotive parts from a broad range of polymers. In the automotive industry, where consistency, safety, and quality are of utmost importance, automotive plastic injection moulding is an important manufacturing process.
Blow moulding (or moulding) is a manufacturing process for forming and joining together hollow plastic parts. It is also used for forming glass bottles or other hollow shapes. We currently use the blow moulding technology to manufacture pharmaceutical/kitchenware items such as plastic containers, jars ranging from sizes of 60ml to 400ml.
3-D Printing
Leela Enterprises has started experimenting in 3-D printing technologies. We are currently running prototype testing and innovation sessions to understand this industry better in order to start manufacturing in this segment.
